Milnerton is a suburb of Cape Town situated about 11km to the north of the City Centre. One of the main features of Milnerton is the lagoon, formed where the Diep River enters the sea, with palm trees adorning the lagoon banks. Milnerton beach is ideal for walkers, joggers and for watersports as it can get very windy. There is also the popular Milnerton flea market at the weekend where you can buy trinkets and little hidden treasures.
