With 4 double beds, and a single bed with en suite shower, as well as two full bathrooms, and a TV lounge (seats 10 ), dining room, kitchen, and large elegant sitting room, this comfortable, fully carpeted house is poised only a three minute walk from the lovely sandy Melkbosch beach. There’s a swimming pool and a double garage, and a large outdoor barbeque deck with sea views.
Facilities:
The double rooms boast double queen sized beds with fine percale cotton linen, and further laundry and breakfast can be arranged if need be at a nominal charge. There are two full bathrooms and an en-suite shower. The house is graciously furnished with a separate TV room seating ten with large flat screen TV.

Transport: There is a new Rapid Bus Transport (BRT) system available from March 2010 to central Cape Town. However a hired bus/car is advisable to take in the nearby winelands, beaches, country drives, and other sights. Weather : Mid year in Cape Town is winter time!
