Our modern apartments have the ideal location for short or longer stays i.e. Vacation, Breakaways, Business trip, Relocating, or busy with a Project.
The complex offers a recreational area with swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, barbeque facilities, mini gym, clubhouse with pool table and shade-port parking in front of the unit.
Easy access to the N1 and N7 highways, only minutes away from the City Centre, Waterfront, Beaches, Wine-lands, Canal Walk (Century City), Grand West Casino, Golf courses and the Airport.

APARTMENT A The apartment consists of open plan lounge, well-equipped kitchen. Double bed and walk in cupboard in bedroom. Separate bathroom with shower over the bath. Parking is in front the apartment under shade port.
APARTMENT B The apartment consists of open plan lounge with a sleeper couch and well-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom equipped with double bed, second bedroom with single bed. Separate bathroom with shower over the bath. Parking is in front the apartment under shade port. Apartment ideally suitable for a couple plus 2 children under 12 years or alternatively for 3 adults.
APARTMENT C These apartments consist of open plan lounge, well-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom equipped with double bed, second bedroom, 2 x single beds and 1 x single bed in the 3rd bedroom. Suitable for max. 5 people.
All the apartments have clean linen. We service the apartments once a week and supply clean linen. Towels are not included, but can be arranged at R25 per set per week. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own.

Please note: The rates are per apartment and not per person. The rate range between R450 – R850 per night per apartment. We are negotiable depending on the time of year and your length of stay. Discounted rates for longer rentals.
PAYMENT: We require 50% deposit to confirm a booking. The balance plus a R500 key/damage deposit is payable on arrival by credit card or cash. Regrettably no cheques accepted. We accept Master and Visa credit cards only. The R500 key/damage deposit will be refunded 3 days after departure and after inspection of the apartment.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT Leave the airport area and take the first exit left to BORCHERDS QUARRY RD. Keep left to (M22) BELLVILLE. At the traffic light turn right onto (M10) Modderdam Road - continue to BELLVILLE. Second traffic light left towards PAROW ( M9) De La Rey Road. Carry on straight, crossing various traffic lights, including Voortrekker Road. Turn left onto Frans Conradie Drive. At the traffic Circle turn right onto (M14), McIntyre Road, cross the N1 NATIONAL ROAD into Panorama - Welgelegen. Second traffic light left onto Rothschild Blvd. Panorama Medi-Clinic at your left. Cross the traffic light and at the 3rd stop right into La Provence Road, at the 2nd stop left into Gen. Lucas Meyer Road. First road left into Gen. Chris Muller No.9. Reception at Amies Residence.
N2 from STRAND: Take the R300 to BELLVILLE and then the N1 direction CAPE TOWN.
N1 from PAARL: Take (exit 18) M14 Plattekloof Road, turn right, cross over the bridge and continue in Plattekloof Road (M14). Turn left at the 2nd traffic light next to the Panorama Medi-Clinic into Rothschild Blvd. Cross traffic light, at the 3RD Stop, right into La Provence Road, at the 2nd stop left into Lucas Meyer, first road left into Gen. Chris Muller No 9 (Reception at Amies residence)
N1 from CAPE TOWN: (Exit 18) Turn left onto M14 Plattekloof road. Continue towards the traffic light at Panorama Medi-Clinic. Turn left in Rothschild Blvd and follow directions as above.
