The house has 24 hour automatic armed-security alarm service, including a remote "panic button" which can be carried while in house and the alarm system is turned off. The house is situated in prestigious Scott Estate, and is part of the active Neighborhood Watch service
From Cape Town International Airport, take N2 towards city centre and look for turn off on left to M3 towards Muizenberg. At the first traffic light (robot), turn right on M63 towards Kirstenbosch and continue on that until you reach Hout Bay. From Cape Town city centre, go south on M6 until you reach Hout BAy.
