The Three bedroom consists of a large lounge diningroom with sea and beachfront views, game leather furniture, satellite tv, dvd, and home theatre system. The lounge diningroom opens out onto a very spacious sun-deck. The maple and granite kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There are 3 bedrooms with the main with marble en-suite (extra large bath and shower), and 2 mountain facing bedrooms leading out onto decks sharing a guest marble bathroom.
The Penthouse with private pool consists of a large double volume lounge/diningroom with sea and beachfront view, game leather furniture, satellite tv (3), dvd, and home theatre system, a fully equipped maple and granite kitchen, 3 bedrooms with the main en-suite (extra large shower and bath), and all bedrooms with aircon. The apartment leads up onto a 145 square meter roof-deck with an 11 meter private swimming pool with views of the bay, beach and mountain.
Directions from Cape Town International airport to Bantry Beach
From airport take N2 to Cape Town. As heading towards the city keep in the right lanes following V&A Waterfront signs overhead. Eventually you come to the end of the N2, and a first set of traffic lights (leads to entrance of V&A Waterfront on your right), keep straight towards next set of traffic lights (right hand lane) after second set turn right, and drive straight over bridge towards Green Point and Sea Point. Will pass a traffic circle, remain straight towards Sea Point beachfront (Beach Road), continue straight to very end of Beach Rd, you will see the Peninsula All Suite Hotel on the left hand side, turn sharp left up into Queens Road, continue up Queens Rd past traffic circle, and turn right into Victoria Rd, Craigrownie Road is the first right (cul de sac), drive to the end of the street and Bantry Beach is the last building on the left had side (No 15).
