• From Cape Town International Airport follow the N2 towards Cape Town • Upon approaching Cape Town follow the signs to Seapoint • You will reach a traffic circle (roundabout) at Green Point Stadium. Go around the traffic circle following the Seapoint signs to Beach Road • Follow Beach Road through Seapoint • At the end of Beach Road you approach a traffic circle. Camps Bay has long been a favourite destination for overseas visitors and it is Cape Town's answer to St Tropez. Just behind Table Mountain, nestled beneath Lions Head and the majestic Twelve Apostles, and boasting a magnificent palm fringed fine white sandy beach, Camps Bay is a fantastic location and a great base for exploring.

Due to Camps Bay's protected position in the bay, the sea is quite calm and good for swimming. At the southern end, you will find a tidal pool. The northern part is great for surfing.
