Brown's Cottage is a peaceful, self-contained holiday house situated on the edge of the Constantia Valley in Cape Town. Just 25 minutes from the centre of Cape Town the cottage is ideally located for both tourists and business visitors. The house is extremely well situated for Site seeing, Whale watching, Golf, Wine tasting and all that the Cape has to offer. The Cottage can accommodate up to seven guests in three bedrooms with flexible combinations of single and double beds to suit your needs. There is a well equiped kitchen that opens into the spacious lounge and dining area from which there are sliding doors to the garden. Outside the garden has a sparkling pool with lounging patio, built in BBQ and a shady dining area. The property is north facing and is surrounded by stunning mountain views from Constantiaberg right around to the majestic Table Mountain and The Devils Peak.

How to get there Directions from Cape Town International Airport
Exit airport
At Traffic lights continue straight.
Stay in right hand lane and join N2 highway towards Cape Town
Continue for 10 Km and exit junction 6 onto M3 (Rhodes Drive) towards Muizenberg.
Continue 16.2 Km to the end of the highway and turn left onto Steenberg rd. towards Muizenberg
Continue to the traffic lights and turn right onto main rd.
Continue 400m and take the 2nd right (Orchard Laan) by “Glasscraft”
Continue 300m and take the 2nd right (Orchard Close).
Brown’s Cottage is No. 5 straight ahead.
About the area A short walk away is the Lakeside Centre where you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, off-licence/bottle-store, pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, and more. There is also a traditional pub/restaurant within close walking distance. Westlake Golf Club is a two minute drive away and is a fantastic 18 hole parkland course with fabulous views of the surrounding scenery. There is a hospital and a family medical centre a short drive away and several shopping malls within a few minutes of the cottage. The wine farms of Constantia are a few minutes drive away as are the beaches of Muizenberg, St. James and Fish Hoek. There is a tourist office in nearby Muizenberg and many restaurants catering for all tastes.
