In 2007 Richard & Ilse upgraded and made an addition to the existing home formerly known as Tradewinds, with a view to having a few rooms to let to holiday makers. The house was completed in late 2008 and we are now happily offering a peaceful & relaxing getaway close to both Cape town and the Stellenbosch winelands.

Gordon's Bay is about 40 minutes drive from Cape Town City Centre, V&A Waterfront and World Cup 2010 Stadium. A small holiday town it has one of the best beaches in the Westerrn Cape and is ideal for families with children. There are bars and restaurants close by and it's within easy access of Hermanus and Cape Overberg. (Along one of the most scenic drives in the World). If you're looking for something a bit more relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town then Gordon's Bay is the perfect choice.
