Notes on these prices ...

From the main exit from Cape Town International Airport, follow the signs to the N2. Continue along the N2, until close to the Mountain and past a large intersection called Liesbeek Parkway. About 1km further turn off to the left where the sign says Muizenberg M3. This highway will take you past Table Mountain and the University, then through Bishop’s Court and eventually past the Constantia Wine lands. Where the M3 ends at a T-Junction, turn right. About 1km further turn Left onto Ou Kaapse Weg M64. The Ou Kaapse Weg takes one over the Silvermine Mountains and down to the Noordhoek Valley. Once over the mountain it becomes the M65. Continue with the M65 past Sun Valley and at the 2nd set of traffic lights, turn right to Kommetjie road. As one travels along the M65 you will pass Ocean View on the left and then Imhoff’s Farm on the right. Kommetjie is about 1.2km further. As you come into Kommetjie turn right into the 4th road Somerset Way, Keep to your Left, Somerset Place is about 200 meters further down on your left.
