Contemporary beach house meets relaxed glamour.Perched right on the beach, hear the sound of the waves while you sleep at night. Soothing whites and creams interior welcomes you into this serene 5 bedroom beauty. In the evening, the house glows with subtle lighting, Moroccan lanterns and candles for the outdoor decks.
The main living area on the top floor flows directly onto a deck overlooking the beach. On the second level the main en-suite sits at the front of the villa and has its own balcony, lounge area with a gas fireplace. A further three bedrooms with bathrooms are on the middle level. On the ground floor is a fifth en-suite bedroom. Sliding glass doors open onto the private plunge pool on the wooden deck. It’s also a perfect place to barbeque and to lounge next to the pool. A hot outdoor shower awaits you after an invigorating dip on the beach.
Top floor – This is a large light-filled, airy living space with spectacular views of the sea. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen leads into living and dining areas that open up onto to the deck where relaxed, comfy sofas add a spectacular outdoor living area. Perfect for entertaining.
Middle floor – Stairs lead to a private living space, comprising 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite). The main bedroom has its own living area and opens onto another deck facing the beach. The en-suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi bath, and a separate shower and dressing room.
The second en-suite bedroom also has a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. Bedroom 3 is furnished with 2 singles that can be turned into a king- size bed. Bedroom 4 has a standard double bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom.
Ground floor – This may be a self-contained area or link to the rest of the beach house. It has direct access to the private pool from its living area and off the bedroom. The living area also has good flow with the fully equipped kitchen leading directly to the dining area and lounge. The bedroom is en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower in the bathroom. This floor also has a separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
Reception and check-in is at Anne Porter Properties, located at 1 Central Parade, Victoria Road, Camps Bay.
Exit Airport Direction N2 Cape Town, and as you approach the city, follow the N2 CITY, FORESHORE, SEA POINT signage. Follow N2 Stad/City signs until you arrive at a large intersection with several sets of traffic lights (Coen Steytler Avenue) The CTICC is on left hand side and the V&A Waterfront on your right hand side. Proceed straight ahead along this road (M62) following the TABLE MOUNTAIN CABLE WAY/ CAMPS BAY signage. The road follows a steep and winding ascent to the top of the hill (Kloof Nek). Without turning towards the Cable Way, descend straight into Camps Bay. Follow this road (Camps Bay Drive) to get to the heart of Camps Bay. You will reach a robot at the end of the road with the beach in front of you. (Victoria Road). Turn left at the road and Anne Porter Properties is on the left next to Primi Piatti.
About the area
