Noordhoek Beach Villa offers the perfect environment for those that enjoy style, space and relaxation. There is no lack of creature comforts with living areas and bedrooms that flow through to outside living areas to the pool decks or a large balcony inspiring views of the sea and surrounding mountains.

An extremely well appointed kitchen leads into the dining room, through to a spacious lounge that has concertina doors opening onto the outside deck and pool area. The lounge has large sofas around an open fireplace which comes into its own in the romantic Noordhoek winder evenings.
The villa has an enormous upstairs lounge that opens onto a deck that offers spectacular panoramic views of Noordhoek beach, Table Mountain, Noordhoek valley and the surrounding nature reserves. Noordhoek is famous locally as the ideal spot for ‘sundowners’ - the Captonian tradition of watching the sun dip into the sea at the end of the day with loved ones and a fine glass of local wine. Spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed every evening from the upstairs lounge and deck. The deck is also a wonderful spot for bird watching. The upstairs lounge has a large bar, satellite TV and DVD player and small library.
The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. There are four spacious luxury bedrooms and one smaller cozy bedroom which is ideal for teenage children or staff. All bedrooms have quality beds and hotel quality bed linen, feather down duvets and pillows. Each bedroom is equipped with hairdryers, heaters and provides plenty of wardrobe space. Bedroom 1 This spacious bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed and high ceilings with exposed white painted roof rafters. Through a set of French doors you can step out onto the large wooden balcony and take in the impressive sea and mountain views. Wake up with the inspiring views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean to start your day. The bedroom is complimented with decorative bedside lamps, a lovely painting, a locally crafted wardrobe, chairs and a bookshelf.
Bathroom 1 This bathroom is upstairs and situated next door to the upstairs bedroom. This elegant bathroom offers a shower, basin and toilet. All bathrooms have quality bath towels and luxury bath soap products are provided for the guest’s ultimate comfort.
Bedroom 2 The unique master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and the room can be viewed on our virtual tour. This en-suite bedroom has a king size bed set into an unusual custom made walk through cupboard. The master bedroom has large doors opening onto the downstairs deck and pool area and garden. Bathroom 2 This en-suite bathroom is luxuriously large with a double shower, double basin and a Jacuzzi sized bath. The double shower has a large mosaic designer wall. High ceilings and a curved window add to the spacious feel of this bathroom. The bathroom has under floor heating for the colder winter days.
Bedroom 3 and 4 The third and fourth bedrooms are both spacious with a queen size bed and a twin room that share a modern stylish en-suite bathroom. The rooms are decorated in a simple modern style with a hint of Africa. The rooms are fully equipped with large built in cupboards, designer lamps and comfortable reading chairs. The rooms are newly carpeted.
Bathroom 3 The stylish family bathroom is en-suite to bedrooms 3 and 4 and easily accessible from the main living area. The bathroom was recently refurbished to enhance the ambiance of luxury and style and is fully equipped with a large bath, shower, basin and toilet. The bathroom window looks out onto Noordhoek valley and the distant mountain range.
Bedroom 5 The fifth bedroom is on the ground level separate from the other bedrooms and has 2 comfortable single beds, a wardrobe and tastefully decorated creating a cozy feel and ambiance. The bedroom is situated next to the entrance and garage and is a small room which has been designed as an overflow room and is ideal for two older children to share. How much fun!
Outside shower In the front of the house is an additional outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after spending time at the beach. There is an additional outdoor shower on the deck next to the pool.

About the area
Noordhoek is one of Cape Town's best kept secrets - set in the foothills of Table Mountain, below the famous Chapmans Peak Drive. Noordhoek Beach Villa is a short walk from 7kms of pristeen beach which is popular for surfing, walking, kite-surfing and horse riding. The beach is east facing so every evening offers a spectacular sunset best watched from the upstairs lounge and large deck which offers panoramic views of the beach, mountain and valley. A short walk from the house is a traditional South African homstead where you will find the locally renouned Red Herring pub and restraunt, art gallery, spa and beauty therapy centre and cafe.
With a wonderful selection of restraunts, cafe's, deli, shops and bars the Noordhoek Farm Village is relaxed with a family friendly atmospher. A great place for morning coffee, lunch and dinner. Cafe Roux offers exceptional quisine - but book early!
Noorhoek is surrounded by the Table Mountain National Park and situated close to all the main attractions and beauty spots in Cape Town. Drive along the spectacular Chapmans Peak Drive to Houte Bay, Lunduddno Beach and Camps Bay Beach. The house is just a 15 minute drive from the famous Bolders Beach with their resident penguines, en route to the Cape Point Nature Reserve where you can see the Atlantic and Indian Oceans converge in dramatic scenery. Follow the coast road through the historic naval port of Simon's Town, St James and Meuzinburg.
Noordhoek is surrounded by vinyards offering great wines and restraunts such as the spectacular Constansia Uitsig, Beitenverwachting, and the world renound Klein Constantia. All of the geat wine routes of Stellenbosch, Franschook and Paarl are easily accesable. Houte Bay - made famous for the ease of wale watching is an hours drive away.
Cape Town city centre, Table Mountain and The Waterfront shopping complex in the heart of a working harbour where you can take the boat trip to Robin Island are all around 27 km from the house.
