Please ask for rates for periods which are not mentioned in the rate schedule above. The Villa is for rent throughout the whole year. The establishment does not accept credit cards for settling the payment. Please note that the non – refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The 50% non – refundable balance is due to be paid one month prior to arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is required upon arrival in cash and will be refunded when no breakage occurs. We are happy to assist you with any travel queries you might have, from car rental to organizing your self drive tour. The main bedroom has a king size bed. The walk-in adjoining dressing room with lots of cupboard space. The private balcony of the main bedroom has stunning panoramic valley and mountain views. The second bedroom has two single beds with a nice reading corner.The third bedroom with a double bed and the fourth(loftroom) two single beds with the most amazing views over the bay of Hout Bay.Bed linen provided.
