Panoramic views and clear sandy beaches are two reasons to visit Cape Point. Located in the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Cape Point is not, as some may believe, the point where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans collide, nor is it the southerly most tip of Africa. Cape Point is dramatic and scenic with numerous walks and trails. It's beautiful on a sunny day but also stunning when the fog comes in, which can happen when you least expect it - probably the reason why there are also 26 recorded shipwrecks.
