The Queen’s Hall is again hosting a truly traditional Scottish Hogmanay party. Avoid the pushing and shoving on Princes Street and enjoy a traditional ceilidh with champagne, whisky, food, music and dancing inside one of Edinburgh's most loved music venues.
The night will start with champagne and a wee dram of whisky on arrival. You’ll then be treated to a traditional ceilidh with live music from Heeliegoleerie. Ceilidh virgins need not fear as the dances will be ‘called’ so everyone from beginners to the most experienced will be able to dance the night away.
To make things extra special, there’ll also be a Highland piper to bring in 2018 with style. A snack portion of haggis, neeps and tatties will also be served to keep revellers going all night into the wee small hours (there will be vegetarian option too).
The stroke of midnight will be played in with a piper and you can see the Auld Year oot as we say 'Slainte' to toast the New Year in. This is going to be a true Scottish hooley in your local venue without the hassle of gates, passes or Scottish weather interfering with your fun.
